The Centre Cumbernauld caters for everyone. With FREE toilets / baby changing facilities and dedicated disabled parking, access could not be easier.
Dedicated Parent & Child parking is available in both upper and lower car parks in close proximity to the Centre’s entrances. Baby changing facilities are available next to the Centre’s public toilet facilities. There is free parking on site.
The Centre Cumbernauld has lifts and escalator facilities. Parking for Blue Badge holders is provided in close proximity to the Centre entrances in all the car parks. An independent-use accessible toilet is available halfway along Teviot Walk on the south side, the same side as the Carrickstone Pub. If an assistance-use accessible toilet is required, one is located within the library. Please note that a Radar Key is required to open both accessible toilets. If you do not have a key, you can call our security team on 01236 807266, and they will be happy to assist you. Automatic doors are installed throughout the site to support ease of access for all visitors. However, the west ramp of the centre is not suitable for those with reduced mobility. Lifts are available at both P1 and P2 locations within the centre.
Customer toilets are provided at The Centre Cumbernauld. Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are also provided; there is no charge for these services. The Centre Cumbernauld supports Mothers in their choice to breastfeed in the Centre.
